About the Job Opportunity

We're seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor to join Honjokko, our progressive sushi club at The Sixteenth in Taikoo Place.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees during your shift and ensuring that they complete their tasks and work effectively. You will act as a reference point for employees and customers, and be ready to address any issues that may arise. You will also focus on making guests feel welcome and attending to their requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure all company standards are met during service
• Lead a team to ensure smooth setup of the restaurant before and after shifts
• Lead fellow floor staff under the direction of management

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
• Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
