Supervisor at Honjokko

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at Honjokko, a progressive sushi club located at The Sixteenth in Taikoo Place.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing employees during your shift, ensuring they complete their tasks efficiently, and maintaining a motivated team. You will serve as a reference point for employees and customers, addressing any issues that may arise and providing exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure all company standards are met during service
- Lead a team to ensure smooth set up of the restaurant before and after shifts
- Lead fellow floor staff under the direction of management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
- Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
