Supervisor at Honjokko

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at Honjokko, a progressive sushi club located in Taikoo Place.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee employees during your shift, ensuring they complete their tasks efficiently and effectively. You will serve as a reference point for employees and customers, addressing any issues that may arise. Your primary goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, attending to their needs and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure all company standards are met during service
• Lead a team to ensure smooth set up of the restaurant before and after shifts
• Lead fellow floor staff under the direction of management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
• Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
