Primary Responsibilities- Sales Performance Management: Oversee sales teams to ensure consistent achievement of targets, promoting a performance-driven culture.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Inbound Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Goal Setting and Tracking: Establish and maintain structured frameworks for setting and tracking sales goals, facilitating regular reporting and analysis.
