About the Job:

  • We are looking for a skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our Ultrasound Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with our Ultrasound Team to provide clinical support to customers throughout the product life cycle.
  2. Collaborate with Sales Teams to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations of our Ultrasound portfolio.
  3. Offer technical and clinical assistance to internal and external customers, ensuring they receive optimal support.
  4. Deliver ultrasound solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
  5. Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use, monitoring customer installations of ultrasound products.
  6. Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training.
  7. Utilize your market and product knowledge to assist Sales Teams in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Imaging, Radiology, Sonography, or equivalent disciplines.
  • 1+ year's work experience in ultrasound-related fields such as Sonographer, Radiographer, clinical application, or related experience.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers in the US and work with customers in Hong Kong (jointly with Sales team).
  • 5 days' work.
