Job Title: Assistant Financial System Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Financial System Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the implementation of our ERP Project, reviewing and refining our Chart of Accounts and accounting workflows.
  2. Analyze user requirements and contribute to the design, data cleansing, and conversion of our financial systems.
  3. Provide expert feedback and recommendations to support the development of our financial systems.
  4. Support data migration, post-launch verification, and assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial data.
  5. Prepare test scripts, conduct system testing, and provide end-user training to ensure a seamless transition to our new financial systems.
  6. Verify test results against test conditions to ensure the correctness and completeness of our financial functions.
  7. Support the full project lifecycle of our Oracle Accounting system, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  8. Collaborate with our IT system teams to perform system implementations and enhancements.

Requirements

  1. Degree in IT or Accounting, with a strong understanding of both fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Tier-One ERP Projects, with a full project lifecycle experience.
  3. Prior experience in supporting Oracle Accounting systems is highly desirable.
  4. Experience in accounting operations is a plus.
  5. Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
