Financial Systems Manager

China Mobile International Limited is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Finance System Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance division, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our ERP system, ensuring seamless financial operations and digital innovation.
Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain Oracle EBS R12, ensuring efficient financial operations and data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data reports from EBS, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Configure standard functions according to user requirements, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Provide application support to the production system, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve the financial system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement digital innovations, improving financial processes and efficiency.
- Prepare documentation outlining system design specifications and workflows, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the finance division.
- Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines, with knowledge in Accounting an advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in digital innovations and/or digital operations in the financial system.
- Familiarity with MS Excel VBA, SQL, or PL SQL, with experience in RPA tools an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting major ERP systems, with knowledge in Oracle R11 or R12 an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), with fluency in Mandarin an advantage.
