You will be responsible for representing the underwriting department and providing operation services to sales channels and other departments. Your key roles will include:
  • Providing professional and high-quality operation services to sales channels and other operational departments.
  • Building partnership relationships with agencies through cooperation.
  • Providing solutions to agencies in a timely manner and resolving issues with flexible approaches.
  • Participating in tailored training programs for each district.
  • Analyzing enquiry patterns through Business Partner service to tackle challenges and close service gaps within channels, boost STP rates, reduce pending ratios, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Underwriting large and complicated applications within agreed turnaround times.
  • Supporting new initiatives for regulatory requirement updates, enhancing system automation and STP, and developing sufficient validation rules.
  • Performing routine duties and ensuring turnaround times are met with agreed standards.
