About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Resolution Manager to join our team at Company 28 - Manulife (International) Limited. As a key member of our Customer Resolution Unit, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional manner, conducting thorough investigations, and rendering quality resolutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct prompt and thorough investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Render quality resolutions to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and their expectations are met.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously, meeting standard turnaround times and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases and streamline workflow processes.
  • Prepare management reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • University graduate in business, finance, language studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in complaint handling, preferably in financial institutions.
  • Qualified license of IIQE Paper 1, 3, and 5.
