Job Title: Complaint Resolution Specialist

ZA Bank is seeking a skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints related to banking products from all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer complaints thoroughly and ensure that all applicable guidelines are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts to establish and maintain robust scrutiny of compliance practices and risk management policies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance service quality.
  • Detect and report any compliance issues and incidents in customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • University degree or related disciplines.
  • Min. 5 years' experience in complaint handling in the banking industry.
  • Solid experience in Complaint Management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, coupled with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
