About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Customer Resolution Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints independently and efficiently
  • Conduct thorough investigations and render quality resolutions to customers
  • Manage to act within standard turnaround time and in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Work with other departments for case resolutions and streamline the workflow to enhance customer experience
  • Prepare management reports and handle ad hoc tasks and projects
