Key Responsibilities
The Asia Commercial Risk and Operations Director will be responsible for providing day-to-day management and support to ensure APAC Commercial Risk has the proper operational controls, administrative procedures, and systems in place.
This includes:
- Driving efficiency, sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals, and objectives.
- Measuring and managing internal and external controls.
- Providing timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to grow the organization and ensure its financial strength.
- Developing, communicating, and implementing effective operational procedures, growth strategies, and processes.
- Assisting in producing business cases to ensure APAC CRS is resourced to meet operational, sales, growth, and market share objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team. They will also have demonstrated experience in operational or project management and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role.
