Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and preparing routine monitoring and compliance reports for Global Markets operational risks. This includes following up on various operational incidents, conducting independent assessments and analysis, and writing internal self-assessment and gap analysis reports on internal control and compliance mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prepare routine monitoring and compliance reports for Global Markets operational risks.
  • Follow up on various operational incidents and conduct independent assessments and analysis.
  • Write internal self-assessment and gap analysis reports on internal control and compliance mechanisms.
  • Formulate internal control or working manual manuals and provide opinions on operating procedures of business units.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on various kinds of internal and external audit exams and monitor progress on implementing corrective measures as suggested and agreed by the bank.
  • Assist supervisors to roll out all internal control measures, including formulating management guidelines or carrying out sample checks.
  • Provide necessary risk control related supports to front-line trading teams, including those in ASEAN entities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in strategy planning, data analysis, economy research, or related work.
  • Strong responsive sense and ability to perform job timely and independently.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of industry dynamics and market changes in Hong Kong and China Financial market.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel or work in ASEAN entities for short durations.
