About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Learning Business Partner to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our global learning team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales enablement programs that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with commercial executives, sales leaders, and HRBP to design and deliver sales enablement programs that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective training solutions that improve sales performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with global learning design team and regional learning team members to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Manage project timelines and delivery schedules, as well as track and measure results.
  • Design and develop new components of programs, including new product training modules, processes, and initiatives based on business priorities.
  • Document and maintain a facilitator guide for the program, including vendor information and application instructions.
  • Define and manage quality and metrics of all program elements.
  • Incorporate new sales and product learning as appropriate that has been developed by the larger team.
  • Apply knowledge of adult learning and share best practices with the team.
  • Use strong project management skills to develop outcomes that positively impact the business.
  • Help analyze business needs and directly link performance outcomes to business metrics.
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in learning and development.
  • Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of SMEs and internal customers.
Requirements
  • Technical - Strong understanding of complex business systems and ability to quickly grasp how building environments are created and business lines organized.
  • Facilitation expertise - Ability to engage participants in a classroom and leverage experiences in the group.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Controls or HVAC, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience - Over 5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Creative - Ability to look at a project and find alternatives.
  • Flexible - Ability to change course if needed.
  • Detailed - Realization of the importance of details in leading to impactful outcomes.
  • Mobile - Ability to travel when needed.
  • Collaborative - Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ambitious - Willingness to assume authority, take risks, and set clear goals for career development.
  • Professional - Personal ethics, quality work, and a positive attitude.
  • Articulate - Strong writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
