Job Purpose:

As a Commercial Learning Business Partner in APAC, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and growth in the region. You will work closely with commercial executives, sales leaders, and other stakeholders to develop and implement sales enablement programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver sales programs that meet business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and learning and development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through sales enablement programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
