Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Learning Business Partner to join our Asia Pacific team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales enablement programs that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with commercial executives, sales leaders, and HRBP to design and deliver sales enablement programs that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and track results to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including SPIN Consultative Training and Sales Manager Code, to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary design changes to achieve business results.
  • Collaborate with global learning design team and regional learning team members to develop and implement sales enablement programs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales enablement programs that drive business results.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience developing solutions for the 70:20:10 model.
