Job Summary
The Supervisor - Service Support role is a key position within Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to achieve operational excellence, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute staff training programs to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Operational team, Learning and Development department, and Safety, Sustainability & Quality Assurance team to plan and develop staff training programs and warehouse safety standards.
- Monitor and ensure operational team performance aligns with safety standards, addressing potential problems and proposing solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- 3 years' work experience in the aviation industry, preferably with supervisory experience.
- F.5 or above.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Working Conditions
- 5-day work week, shift duty required (mainly daytime duty).
