Job Title: Works Supervisor

At Hip Hing Construction Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Works Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction site safety protocols are adhered to and that technical approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To monitor and report on site progress, including taking photos of installations and any defective work.
  • To provide site progress reports for site meetings and BS/EM coordination meetings.
  • To ensure compliance with statutory regulations and the Construction Site Safety Manual.
  • To coordinate with site staff and contractors to ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years experience as a skilled worker in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations.
  • A knowledge of English and Chinese equivalent to Form III standard.
