As a Senior Building Services Supervisor at Gammon, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction works assigned to you. This role involves managing and monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with the Employer's Requirements, ArchSD General Specification, and other relevant documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction works and ensure they are completed to the required standards.
• Manage and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with relevant documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Contractor Employed Building Services Inspector team to ensure site activities are carried out in accordance with the Site Administration Handbook (SAH).

Requirements:

• Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of experience as a skilled worker in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Successful completion of a recognized technician apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English languages equivalent to Form 3, with 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in site supervision of building services and E&M installations.
• Good understanding and practice in safety.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
