We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Links International. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with key decision-makers of target clients and channels.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of company's products, jurisdictions, and competitors to effectively communicate the unique propositions to targeted prospects and clients.
  • Research key accounts to gain an adequate understanding of their economic and regulatory backgrounds, and to assess business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop target client lists, attend client meetings to understand the requirements, pain points, objectives and priorities; prepare best solutions and market intelligence for them.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast to increase the visibility of short- and long-term business opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, corporate legislation, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in law, accounting, business or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Corporate services and structures (e.g. Entities, Trust, Funds) or private wealth offshoring services.
  • Familiarity with selling corporate structures (entities, Trust, Funds).
  • Proven sales track record with ability to manage complex proposals involving multiple locations & business lines.
  • Related network would be ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented and able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
