As a key member of the Investor Relations team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited, the Deputy Investor Relations Manager will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of Investor Relations activities, including roadshows, reverse roadshows, and other communications. Additionally, they will assist in monitoring capital market performances, conducting shareholder analysis, and collecting market statistics and industry information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of Investor Relations activities, including roadshows, reverse roadshows, and other communications.
- Assist in monitoring capital market performances, conducting shareholder analysis, and collecting market statistics and industry information.
- Responsible for maintaining various databases and participating in the production of daily and monthly stock performance reports.
- Assist in updating the Investor Relations website and managing the investor hotline.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a major in economics, finance, financial management, accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year at a listed company or in the banking sector.
- CFA or CPA holder is preferred.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and attentive to details.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin being a definite advantage.
- Good command of computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
