In this role, you are part of a team dedicated to increasing the sales and distribution of GSAAM solutions from money market and short duration bond funds to separately managed accounts (SMAs) and Mosaic (Money Market Fund portal).
Job Description:
- Identify and originate new business opportunities to help grow assets and market share for Asia business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Asia, including Corporates, Hedge Funds, Financial Institutions and Official Institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Ensure seamless execution of sales and trading activities, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or above) and 1-3+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English. Additional Asian language would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management skills to multi-task across priorities in a highly organized manner.
- Collaborative team player who can excel at developing relationships and trust across internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong work ethics, highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
- Interest in long-term sales career and a passion for macro market/fixed income and liquidity market.
