About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risks related to network security, cloud security, endpoint security, and identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk and Security Management:
  1. The ideal candidate will be an expert in identifying and managing risks related to network security, cloud security, endpoint security, and identity and access management.
  2. They will ensure that security measures align with the firm's and client's requirements throughout the operational process.
  • Incident Response and Management:
  1. The successful candidate will oversee the management of security incidents, coordinating with various teams from detection to resolution.
  2. They will conduct detailed analyses of major security incidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
  • Security Compliance and Standards:
  1. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to internal and industry security standards across departments.
  2. They will implement security controls and procedures to secure development and operational processes.
  • Monitoring and Analysis:
  1. The successful candidate will monitor threat intelligence sources to detect potential threats to organizational assets.
  2. They will perform regular security reviews and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  1. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders about security issues, risks, and incident updates.
  2. They will provide regular security reports and updates to management and clients.
  • Continuous Improvement and Learning:
  1. The successful candidate will stay informed about the latest security trends, tools, and best practices.
  2. They will participate in security and compliance projects, coordinating with various teams to respond to audit requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of security and risk management.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) and cloud security certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS), and security monitoring tools.
  • Experience with threat detection and incident response processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex security concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
