About the Role
We are seeking a Virtual Asset Regulatory Expert to join our Hong Kong team and support the VATP licensing and regulatory initiative under the SFC's VATP regulatory regime. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to gain deep experience in VATP via various licensing and regulatory initiatives, as well as dealing first-hand with regulators' requests.
The ideal candidate will assist the Head of Compliance of Hong Kong in all licensing and regulatory matters and enhance the overall compliance governance and monitoring framework. Key responsibilities include reviewing policies and procedures against applicable rules and regulations, remediating identified issues, and liaising with stakeholders and subject matter expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in bringing their professional compliance experience to the Web3 industry. The role will be based in our Hong Kong office.
