  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries about RMB payment operations in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Prepare and review documents and reports related to RMB payment operations, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Address ad-hoc issues that may arise during RMB payment operations, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve them efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree holder or above in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in banking or international payment operations, with a focus on RMB payment operations.
  • Preference given to candidates with prior experience in payment operations, demonstrating their ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process operational functions accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing, to support document preparation and reporting tasks.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
