We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of treasury operations, including counterparty setup, instrument definition, and reconciliation between various front office and back office systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Static Data Maintenance: Perform maintenance on treasury platforms' static data, including counterparty setup and instrument definition.
  • MIS Reporting: Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to support units, business units, and management for financial information pertinent to the Treasury and Markets business.
  • End of Day Closing Rates: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the End of Day Closing Rates process.
  • Reconciliation: Perform trade level and account level reconciliation between various front office and back office systems.
  • Liaison: Liaise with various parties, including traders, sales, relationship managers, risk managers, technology, and finance teams to follow up on queries related to MIS reports and static data issues.
  • Internal Control Mechanism: Support the development of internal control mechanisms, including control and monitoring reports.
  • MIS and Regulatory Reporting: Support the development of MIS and regulatory reporting.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant operations experience in the banking industry, preferably in middle office or treasury settlement roles supporting the Global Markets business.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of treasury and global markets products, including FX, Money Markets, Interest Rates, and Fixed Income.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with experience in SQL preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
