Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end resolution of complex design challenges.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from concept to iterative development and final product release.

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of our product roadmap, taking a leadership role in partnership with product managers.

• Foster collaboration among designers across the organization, continuously enhancing our design processes and principles.

• Leverage your extensive experience to mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design team.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience designing digital products/services in a B2C environment.

• A solid portfolio of work that contains examples of design for digital products and services.

• Expert-level crafting of intuitive and engaging consumer-facing experiences for both web and mobile platforms.

• Excellence in UX thinking, with a keen focus on identifying gaps and overlaps in the user journey.

• Strong command of design tools, particularly fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.

• A deep dedication to fostering a collaborative and open-minded culture.
