As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR duties, including payroll preparation, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, training management, and performing daily HR routine duties for overseas regions. This role requires a strong understanding of local regulations and internal policies to develop and improve the Employee Handbook for overseas countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with overseas agencies to execute monthly payroll processing
  • Manage HRIS implementation and maintenance
  • Support the implementation of relevant HR duties in overseas offices and perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecom industry or sizable companies
  • Good command of spoken and written Russian, English, and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
