Job DescriptionThe Role
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team at iclub Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Solicit sales opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the hotel's overall success.
- Monitor account revenue and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major markets through direct sales, telephone, email, and written communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Increase revenue growth by developing new business relationships and expanding existing ones.
- Enhance brand reputation through excellent customer service and consistent delivery of high-quality products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving goals and objectives.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, a background in tourism and travel would be advantageous in this role.
