The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development within the general insurance team. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients and insurers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and development through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and network connections.
  • Maintain and develop existing business relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably in general insurance.
  • Certificated ACII/ ANZIIF/ FLMI; and passed in IIQE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
