Main Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and expansion through research and business development.
- Maintain existing business and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to meet client needs.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure better terms and offers for clients.
- Deliver high-quality results and contribute to the department's operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably in general insurance.
- Certificated ACII/ ANZIIF/ FLMI; and passed in IIQE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
