Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior / Business Hub Officer, Distribution, General Insurance (Sales Operation/ Policy Servicing). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key stakeholders' expectations, providing pre- and post-sales services, and collaborating with underwriting departments on renewal terms and quotations.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish enduring relationships with business partners and account managers.
  • Provide dedicated services to policyholders, including certificate and policy-related document processing.
  • Offer expert advice on local market dynamics and general insurance risk assessment.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with General Insurance products, preferably in personal lines insurance products.
  • Possession of an Insurance Professional Qualification is an added advantage.
  • Good customer handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
