Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Ethics Specialist. This role will play a key part in designing, administering, and supporting Lenovo's global ethics and compliance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support compliance-related initiatives pertaining to Lenovo's affiliates, including developing and implementing anti-bribery and corruption controls, and conducting compliance risk assessments.
  • Provide guidance to employees and business leaders globally on the company's Code of Conduct and related policies, including the Global Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Gifts and Entertainment, Anti-Money Laundering, and Global Trade Compliance policies.
  • Create engaging compliance training, presentations, and communications both locally and throughout the organization.
  • Maintain excellent cross-functional relationships within the business and internal partners, including legal, HR, and internal audit.
Requirements
  • A Legal Degree is required; a Master/JD in Common Law jurisdiction is preferred.
  • 5 years' experience in compliance areas at a reputable law firm or well-known multi-national companies.
  • At least 2 years of experience with U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and equivalent international anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations.
  • Basic understanding of export control and sanctions laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong mastery of English language.
