Job Summary:
The Data Analytics Engineer/Data Platform Engineer will play a crucial role in developing data analytics capabilities and enhancing our enterprise data platform. This position requires a strong technical background in data technologies and excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data platform capabilities, prioritizing requirements based on business benefits and data risks.
  • Project manage data analytics products, tracking progress and risks against scope, schedule, and costs, in coordination with business and tech units.
  • Promote compliant and quality reuse of data on the enterprise platform, through incremental delivering functionalities in the data lifecycle, including data access control, data lineage, data quality, data analytics, and architecture.
  • Implement cloud/OSS capabilities to enable data analytics, data management, and data governance.
  • Effectively use hybrid project management techniques, applying agile tools within SDLC phases.
  • Coordinate with IT functions in their efficient use of technical tools, internal resources, and skills, optimizing technical synergies and efficiency across initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, data, or related disciplines.
  • 5 years of working experience in technology development or project management, preferably in large enterprises.
  • Well-versed with SDLC project disciplines, experience with Agile methodologies in cross-functional teams.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and data-related technologies for CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Good coverage and understanding of enterprise data architecture technology stack for batch data and streaming data for analytics usage.
  • Familiar with hybrid cloud operations, data management, data governance, and data quality standards.
  • Project Management certification is an advantage (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
  • Excellent influencing skills with good command of written and spoken English.
