About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Associate to join our team at Pinpoint Asia. As a Data Analytics Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Analytics Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive business analytics strategy that leverages advanced analytical methods, including Big Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Conduct Deep Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure Data Governance and Integrity: Ensure that all data analytics and mining activities are aligned with data governance standards, maintaining data integrity and appropriate data access controls.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively propose data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
  • Develop Advanced Data Visualization and BI Reporting Frameworks: Design and develop advanced data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting frameworks to support the expanding business needs and data-centric growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and analytics, with demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data engineering.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, and experience with SQL and Python. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as Snowflake is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to apply quantitative techniques for problem-solving while also being innovative and creative. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams.
