Job Description

As a Data Analytics Operations Specialist at Eames Consulting, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven transformations across multiple Insurance domains. Your expertise in creating business overview dashboards, data investigations, and data analytics will be instrumental in supporting Finance, Transformation, Operations, Sales, Agency, and Customer Experience teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data processes and reporting using Python, Tableau Prep, and RPA to boost efficiency
  • Lead a high-performance data insight team to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics and operations, with a strong background in Insurance or Consulting

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in data analytics and operations
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work across multiple business lines and domains
  • Location: Hong Kong - Permanent role
  • Salary budget: HKD 83 to 93k/month + bonus
