Dynamic Sales and Customer Solutions Specialist

This position is key to driving sales and achieving targets through a seamless service process for Pearson English language learning (ELL) products in Hong Kong, particularly in the school adoption segment.
The role promotes and maintains excellent customer relationships while actively exploring upselling opportunities, embodying Pearson's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

In this role, you will be at the center of promoting and maintaining excellent customer relationships and driving sales. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, explore upselling opportunities, and embody Pearson's values.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and working closely with colleagues to drive business results.
