Job Overview

TOD's Group is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Strategic Store Leader to oversee the daily operations of our luxury retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock management.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned retail professional with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including double pay, individual and pooling commission, staff discount, paid leave, medical insurance, and external training subsidy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store-in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform individual sales targets as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Assist in evaluating, training, and coaching the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals, providing guidance and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationships, leveraging your expertise in customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation and stock management, ensuring that the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years at management level; preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong in-store operations, sales & service, people management, and training experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and languages.
  • Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
