Our client, a leading global insurance firm, is seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst/ Tech Lead to oversee the CRM development, implementation, and maintenance of their digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Stakeholders to deeply understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance, and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality software development.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Document and report issues, collaborating with the team to find resolutions and implement best practices.
  • Encourage and implement Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to improve software development efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in a System Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong financial services background, preferably in banking or insurance systems.
  • Proficient in and Familiar with AWS services is a plus.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English.
