- Public Relations/ Marketing (40%)
- Maintain the Centre's official website by updating content regularly to ensure a professional appearance;
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn & Facebook) and maintain a regular posting schedule to build connections with the audience base;
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising, to raise the profile and enhance the reputation of the Centre;
- Compile and produce content for online and offline communication materials for internal and external consumption;
- Closely collaborate with different research teams to develop engaging content related to scientific activities of researchers;
- Consolidate reports based on PR activities of the year;
- Event Planning (30%)
- Plan and execute various company events, including symposiums, seminars, external guest visits, etc.;
- Provide full range support on event management, including organization, communication, logistics coordination among event teams, on-site assistance, and catering;
- Assist in developing event strategies to maximize reach and drive attendance;
- Maintain positive relationships with industry sponsors and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
- Administrative/ Secretarial Tasks (30%)
- Support senior management with secretarial, administrative, and clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Coordinate and schedule operational meetings; maintain and coordinate senior management's calendar;
- Prepare, record, and disseminate calendar of events;
- Serve as resource to communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties;
- Coordinate travel arrangements for management team and special guests.
