Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to support promotional campaigns and achieve business targets.
  2. Design and implement online and offline sales events and product promotions to drive traffic and sales in retail stores.
  3. Collaborate with sales and retail operations teams to optimize visual merchandising strategies, including in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials.
  4. Plan and manage CRM campaigns to improve member acquisition, retention, and business objectives.
  5. Implement and support O2O strategies to develop customer communications via omni-channels for CRM programs.
  6. Manage content for internal communications and external social media platforms.
  7. Develop and maintain marketing partnerships with key contacts, including media, shopping malls, banks, and payment companies.
  8. Generate new ideas for marketing activities to enhance customer awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Advertising, and Corporate Communications.
  2. Strong exposure to FMCG/retail industry is highly preferred.
  3. Familiarity with dynamic online and offline marketing/advertising strategies.
  4. Experience in managing CRM and loyalty programs.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to changes.
  6. Resourceful, committed, and with a lot of initiative.
