The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, P&C Broking to join our team in Hong Kong. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and servicing existing clients, as well as exploring cross-selling and penetration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage and provide high-quality service to existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management and insurance solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations
  • Partner with local sales leadership, producers, and account executives to develop new business and grow existing relationships
  • Identify and escalate areas for process improvement, and contribute to the development of new business processes and procedures

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in insurance or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as Senior Associate of ANZIIF or Associate of CII
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good command of computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
