Responsibilities:- Assist Senior Manager Payroll in developing and implementing payroll strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise to support system integration and configuration requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality payroll services and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay current on payroll-related rules and regulations in all jurisdictions across Asia and provide expert advice to business partners.
Key qualifications include 10 years of payroll experience, preferably with increased responsibility, as well as technical knowledge in automated payroll systems such as Workday, Ceridian Dayforce and Oracle. Strong report writing and Excel skills are also essential. If you possess a people leadership skill and cross-cultural leadership ability to build a high-performance team, we encourage you to apply.
