Job Description:

This senior accounting role involves leading our Hong Kong and Dongguan teams, ensuring timely financial reporting and accurate ERP implementation.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage full set of accounting operations, including AP/AR processes, GL management, and account reconciliation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead accounting teams in Hong Kong (3 members) and Dongguan (10 members).
  • Month-End Closing: Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Tax Compliance: Review tax computation and return for tax filing to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the CEO on financial performance and other relevant matters.
  • Overall Management: Responsible for managing accounting roles in both the HK office and China factory.
  • ERP Implementation: Participate in ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration with current processes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years senior level in accounting role in manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel. Experience in ERP implementation required.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Additional Information:
  • 5 days workweek applies.
  • Dongguan trip requirements may arise.
  • Annual leave: 14 days.
  • Medical insurance available.
