Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive FX Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Distribution department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on foreign exchange and currency management solutions to our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical expert in foreign exchange and currency management, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their complex financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Conduct product training and client education events to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field, with professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP.
  • Regulatory qualifications, including the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE.
  • Strong sales results in spot FX and FX option products.
  • Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients.
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in retail banking, with a strong understanding of investment products.
  • Independent, self-directed, and able to make decisions to drive business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Clear understanding of risk management and compliance principles.
