Program Overview

Wells Fargo's 16-week return-to-work program is designed for individuals seeking to restart their careers in a global investment bank. The program provides a unique opportunity to refresh your skills, accelerate your professional growth, and transition into a permanent, full-time role.

Program Structure

The program consists of two main components:

  • 80% of the time will be spent in a specific role aligned with your expertise and aspirations, providing hands-on experience and the opportunity to refresh your skills.
  • 20% of the time will be dedicated to a cohort curriculum experience led by a program manager, including coaching, soft skills workshops, and opportunities to network with senior leaders.

Program Expectations

To be eligible for the program, you must be able to commit to the full duration of 16 weeks. The program is designed for individuals with previous experience in corporate functions, including risk, compliance, finance, audit, and human resources.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the program, you must have:

  • Previous experience in one of the specified corporate functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to evaluate and provide appropriate solutions for complex human resources problems
  • Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Strong data analytics experience, ability to use data to influence decision making processes
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
