Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OTC derivatives specialist to join our team in the Financial Operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OTC derivatives, transaction processes, and legal frameworks such as ISDA agreements and CSA collateral agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze transaction terms of OTC derivatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with counterparties and the legal department to facilitate amendments and execution of agreements.
- Monitor end-to-end lifecycle processes of OTC derivatives, including trade capture and verification, valuation, settlement, and maturity/termination.
- Assist the trading desk and sales team in understanding client needs, providing customized financial reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
- Knowledge of OTC derivatives fundamentals and transaction processes; familiarity with legal frameworks such as ISDA agreements and CSA collateral agreements.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial industry operations/settlement; prior experience with OTC derivatives is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail; fluency in English and Mandarin.
