The Senior Retail Experience Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing weekly and monthly CRM reports to senior leadership.
- Monitoring CRM action results by store and individual staff performance.
- In charge of CRM tools and responsible for sending email blasts and generating call lists according to boutique-specific needs.
- Regular analysis of competitors and customer landscapes to ensure competitiveness of the CRM program.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting optimum staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Maintaining knowledge of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
- Determining, setting, tracking, and reporting all Retail KPIs.
- Analyzing sales and revenue reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintaining store staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Training and evaluating store employees through selling role play and Client Experience Program.
- Training store employees on corporate policies and procedures.
- Developing relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Suggesting new operational and selling strategies to improve store performance and productivity.
