Job Opportunity

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the Brand Marketing Team in building a strong international and local brand image. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve the University's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to engage with defined target audiences and achieve the University's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand-building campaigns and events, conduct research, and develop marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain relevant University guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Lead creative marketing development to drive desired target responses, including multimedia production.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Manage the team budget and be adaptable to emerging requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or above in brand, marketing, communications, or a related field, with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in developing original ideas and executing brand campaigns. Strong analytical and creative skills, excellent communication and IT skills, and a proven track record of success in marketing are essential. The appointee should be reliable, well-organized, and able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
