Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Job Description
  • Provide daily technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote desktop access.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and other computer peripherals.
  • Create and update cases via ticketing system to track progress and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents, including problem descriptions, steps taken, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require multiple stakeholders.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in help desk technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, and Active Directory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell, and familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP and DNS.
